Sad to be leaving this lovely flat in Brixton. My current flatmates are looking for someone who is clean, outgoing, and LGBTQ+ friendly. It's available from August 1st until the end of the lease September 20th. There is an opportunity to extend but not guaranteed.
It's a 15 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill station. Under 5 minutes walk to beautiful Brockwell park. A large Sainsbury's is just down the road.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, vanity, and wardrobe. We have a nice shared living room, where we spend some evening's having a movie night. Connected to that is a balcony with a pretty view of the city. We are on the second floor with no access to an elevator.
The rent is £750 excluding bills, which usually adds £100-130. Council tax is £75 of that.
