Large double room in a beautiful Brixton flat

Hiya,

I'm looking for someone to replace me in our beautiful homely flat.

The housemates
You'll be living with two lovely girls (sisters), and Echo the cat. They both work in hospitality, aged 24 and 30. They're awesome housemates - super easy to get along with, always considerate - very chill, homey vibes.
We have the odd movie night when we're all home, or a good yarn, but we're equally happy doing our own thing.
Kiah's an artist, shes often paining or drawing (she also tends to clean the flat beautifully on her days off). And Holly's usually gaming or coding. Echo's chill, but she's very snuggly when she wants cuddles.
(I met the girls seperately through work, they were both incredibly kind and generous when I first moved to London.)

The room
My room's got a double bed, drawers, and shelves. It's a great size. And it stays reasonably cool in summer 😎
The room is £850. And bills are around £100 per month. So I usually pay £950 all up.

The house
We're on the first floor of our apartment block. The neighbour's are nice and quiet. We have a separate bathroom and shower. And a big lounge / kitchen. It gets sun in the afternoon. We absolutely love the lounge/kitchen, it's great for cooking and nice and cozy for chilling out.
The lease ends in November, but the girls will probably stay here on a rolling lease after that.

The area
We're about 10-15m away from the station by bus, and about 20-30m walk. And a 20m walk from Brockwell Park, which has a tennis court and a rose garden, etc.
It takes about 30m to get to central London on the Victoria line.
Tesco and Sainsbury Express' are a 5m walk away. And Brixton central has everything else, along with cute bars and markets, etc.
