Looking for flatmate!

Room

We are Simone and Marco, two Italian professionals working in retail, we’re big into music, art, design, traveling, and (of course) great food!
Our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a fellow professional to join our home. We both work hard and spend a good chunk of time at work, but we also love relaxing at home or hosting friends for drinks and dinner when we can.

- The house: We live on the second floor of a vibrant building (no lift, but it keeps us fit!).
The heart of our home is a huge, bright open-plan living room and kitchen. It features a big TV, plenty of space to hang out, and a great view looking out over the bustling main road. While we don't have a balcony or garden, we've lived here for 3 years and absolutely love utilizing the local parks.

- The Room: A very spacious double room. It is technically coming unfurnished, but the departing flatmate is moving into a furnished place, so there is a very good chance she will leave some furniture behind if you need it!

- The Location (Unbeatable!)
If you know London, you know Brixton is where it's at. We are located literally on Electric Avenue, seconds away from Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line).

- Right on your doorstep: Incredible restaurants, markets, and legendary pubs with live music.

- Green spaces: We are a 15-minute walk to Clapham Common, and super close to Brockwell Park and Kennington Park for when the British summer decides to show up.

- What We Are Looking For:
We want a clean, respectful, and friendly professional who is down to share a glass of wine or a coffee, but also respects personal space.

- Move-in date: We need someone by August 11th, but if you need to move in slightly earlier, we can definitely work something out.
