2 Lovely rooms available in Brixton Hill

Two rooms available in Clapham Park/Brixton Hill 2-storey house (all girls), as I am moving in with my boyfriend and the other is moving back home to Bulgaria.

£900 pcm (per room) + bills (approx £80-£120 per person depending on time of year)
Deposit for each is £1053
Both rooms available from 1st September 2026 ( might need to be slightly flexible but definitely first week of Sept)

A sociable house that loves a natter, chill time, and a good TV series, but also respect each other's space and take care of our little home!
Everyone does a mix of WFH & office days so there’s usually someone around to chitchat to.

10 min bus to Brixton or Clapham Common (or 15/20 min walk), and near Southern overground at Balham or Streatham Hill

Good supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants within 20 min walking distance, and right next to a Tesco Express

Both rooms are identical with space for a small desk/chair set up, and are on the bottom floor and share 1 full bathroom between 2 people. Both rooms also have lovely doors that open out to decking, and stay lovely and cool in the summer!

Room 1 (pink) comes with a bed and shelf behind the bed. The wardrobe can be purchased from me for a small cost if you would like to keep it!
Room 2 (green) comes with a bed and wardrobe, but most of the other furniture can be bought from the tenant for a small cost as she can’t take much of it home to Bulgaria.

Absolute worldie housemates who have been in the house for 2 years: Darcy, 27, Civil Servant & Amy, 30, FMCG
Unreal garden decking space with table and chairs - great for a girly summer brunch and a sunbathe!
Large open plan kitchen/living room

Full bathroom upstairs shared by the other two girls

Looking for 2 similar age girls to move in, but happy to be flexible if you’re the right fit, and keep the lovely and relaxed atmosphere we have going. We love to socialise and hang out with each other, but are also equally happy doing our own thing or catching up with other friends.
