Lovely Brixton double with en suite

Your room

I’m looking for a new flatmate for our lovely Brixton flat. It’s a spacious double with en-suite with bills included. It’s a two-bed flat with balcony and we’re conveniently located between Brixton, Clapham and Balham with just a walk or short bus ride to Brixton tube.

The bedroom is generously sized with its own en-suite with shower and lots of natural light and built in storage.

Danny and I met via spareroom when I moved in here 5 years ago and we’ve lived together very happily since. You’ll be taking Danny’s room (who is also handily the landlord) and he’s only moving out as he’s wangled himself a new job just outside of London.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and fun flatmate who has their own things going on but also happy to share some terrible reality TV and an Aperol Spritz on the balcony. I’m keen that this remains a home, not just a house share.

I’m a book publicist with a pretty hectic job, so our home is definitely a fun but calm place to relax. Spare room code for “this is not a party house”.

Ideally we would like:
- Working professional 
(can hybrid work from home a couple days a week but no fully remote workers please)
- LGBTQIA+ friendly
- a clean, tidy, independent person who is respectful of space and boundaries but happy to hang out too
