Double room available in our lovely, social Oval home 🏡
We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly three-bed home in Oval!
The room is spacious, with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home, and has large windows that let in loads of natural light. Rent is £1,100 per month (excluding bills).
The house has a large living room, a spacious kitchen, and one shared bathroom. It’s located on Brixton Road in Oval, just a short walk from Oval tube station and Kennington Park.
Your housemates
You’ll be living with Patrick and Mollie, two friends who met at the University of Bristol.
Mollie (26) – A data analyst who enjoys running, skiing, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and having a chat in the evenings after work.
Patrick (24) – An actuary who started work last year after spending three years in Australia. He’s very easy-going, always up for a chat, and enjoys a trip to the pub.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a friendly, sociable professional aged 24–27 who works in London (ideally with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days working from home).
We’d love someone who’s keen to make the house feel like a home—whether that’s heading to the pub on a Friday evening, watching a TV series together, or just catching up after work. We’re all independent but enjoy spending time together, so we’re looking for someone who’d like to be part of that.
