Hey! We’re looking for two new flatmates to join us in our lovely, spacious four bedroom flat. 1 girl and 1 guy. Two of our current flatmates are off on the exciting next step of getting their own place together as a couple, so you’ll be moving in with Anna (31) and Jack (28).

💫 A bit about us: we’re a sociable pair, love the occasional pub trip on the weekend, going for meals out (or in), or just catching up on the sofa after a long day. Whilst we love hanging out we are also happy to do our own thing and do have our own seperate social circles. We’re both very much into fitness, and we have an added perk of living above Jetts Gym with free membership included with the flat.

🏠 A bit about the flat: it’s a stunning open-plan flat with a terrace (great during the summer). Generous storage in the kitchen with 2 full cupboards each. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, is fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers, and has a jack-and-Jill en-suite.

📍 We are a 10 minute walk from Brixton station, there are bus stops right outside the flat. F Mondays and Stir are nearby if you love a coffee! Brockwell park is right round the corner. Very handy for the festivals in summer, and for walks in general.

💷 The boring stuff: Rent is £974 with bills coming to £176 (which includes a cleaner that comes once a fortnight).

We're looking for someone who wants to make the flat their home, do activities together, and generally be a part of the flat rather than having just a place to sleep! We’d love someone who is keen for a chat over dinner or a drink on the weekend, but who also values their own space just as much as we do.
