Two rooms in social house - Brixton Hill

We have two rooms coming available in our spacious 5 bed house in Brixton Hill.

Room 1 (£1000) is available from the 1st September.
Room 2 (£950) is available from early August.

Bills are around £50pm.
Council tax and WiFi are included in the rent.
We have a cleaner who comes once a month.

Location:
- 20 min walk to Clapham Common station and Brixton station.
- Bus stop round the corner so can also bus to Brixton in 5 mins.
- Or lime bike it!

About the house:
- Big kitchen/ living area
- Garden which is perf in summer (bonus points if you know how to BBQ)
- Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- One bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs

You’ll be living with 2 girls (23,27) and a boy (25).
Looking for someone tidy and clean, who is happy to socialise and do things together as a house but also has their own things going on. We often do pub trips, hang out in the garden or watch tv together.
