The room is available immediately and the rent is £1025.
Bills are around £50pm.

We have a cleaner who comes once a month.

- Bus stop round the corner so can also bus to Brixton in 5 mins.

It’s a mixed household currently 3 boys and 1 girl, so looking for another to make it two! Two of the boys are moving in start of September.
Looking for someone tidy and clean, who is happy to socialise and do things together as a house but also has their own things going on. We try to do things together regularly (pub, cinema etc.) hang out in the garden or watch tv together.
