3 double rooms available in Brixton

3 double rooms available in a large, 5-bed house in Brixton.
The location is lovely, on a quiet residential street but only 8 mins walk from Brixton station - so you’re close to lots of food / bars / things to do but away from the madness. It’s an equal distance from Clapham Common and Brockwell park, both a 20-25 min walk.
The house is over 3 floors. Ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is available and is a large room with bay windows facing the street. There is also a kitchen, bathroom and small dining area that leads into a large garden. The first floor has another medium-sized bedroom (available), a large and comfortable living room, the second bathroom and a small study area / spare bedroom / storage room. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms, one of which is also medium-sized and is available.
The house is a good size, even for so many people. It is in a reasonable condition, not particularly modern, and we keep it clean and sorted out.
3 of us are moving out for various reasons, but 2 housemates are staying. They are both women in their late 20s / early 30s who are lovely and sociable - we sometimes all hang out / chill together after a long day, but also often do our own thing.
For the viewings, I’ll organise such that least one of the housemates who are staying will be there so you can meet and have a chat :).
2 rooms are available from the 11th August (the large one and the top floor medium) and 1 is available on the 4th September (or can be potentially from the 1st September).
