Hii! I'm leaving to move somewhere with close friends after living here for over a year and having loved it. Beautiful double bed top floor room, fully furnished 3 floor townhouse in Brixton. 10 min walk to Streatham Hill Station (direct to Clapham Junction) the 15-20 min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria line). Bus stop right outside with v frequent buses. Garden, 2 full bathrooms and one toilet downstairs.

Amazing, friendly, chilled housemates - varied interests, from a photographer, yoga teacher, AI engineer, with varied interests including running, climbing, art galleries, pub, coffee shops, movies, fashion and SO ON. We all have own friends and different lives, but hang out occasionally for house dinner, go running / coffee together, and of course watch the world cup. Not a big party house, maybe 1 or 2 birthdays a year when the sun is out and we can use the garden !!

Area is v convenient: loads of thrifting, wine bars restaurants coffee shops, walking distance. Sainsburys / Tesco Express 4 mins walk, larger Lidl/ Tesco/ Sainsbury's superstores 15-20 min walk. 15 minutes walk to Brockwell park (one of my favourite park in London).

People that would like living here: young professional, social but has own interests.
