Bright Double Room in a Beautiful Victorian Townhouse – Brixton (Available from 1 August):

I'm looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to sublet a fully furnished double room in my beautiful two-bedroom Victorian townhouse flat.

The flat is in a fantastic location:
- Just a 5-minute walk to Brixton Station
- 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park
- Surrounded by great cafés, shops, supermarkets, gyms and yoga studios

The flat itself is incredibly bright, with large Victorian windows that let in loads of natural light. You'll be sharing a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The room comes fully furnished, so it's ready to move into.

A bit about me:
I'm a music industry professional and usually work long hours, so during the week you'll often have the flat largely to yourself. I typically work from home on Fridays.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, a good glass of wine, hiking, and spending time with friends. I'm looking for someone who's clean, considerate, easy-going and enjoys a calm, friendly home rather than a party flat.

Initial 3-month sublet
I'm open to discussing both shorter and longer stays.

Rent + bills:
£1150 rent / £150 bills
