Sadly, my lovely housemate is moving out at the end of August to move in with her boyfriend. It seems my house is becoming a bit of a foster home before people find their forever home. 😂❤️

I’ve been really lucky that, wherever I’ve lived, I’ve always become good friends with my housemates. I love having a home where we’ll happily have a glass of wine, grab a coffee, head to the pub or binge some terrible TV together, but equally we’re both grown-ups who respect each other’s space and enjoy our own downtime too. I’m looking to find someone who enjoys that balance.

The flat itself is cosy, but it’s somewhere I’ve consciously made into a home rather than just somewhere to live. It’s fully equipped with everything you’d need (washing machine, air fryer and all the essentials), and the room has a huge built-in wardrobe plus a spacious en-suite that’s even bigger than it looks in the photos!
The street is lovely and fairly quiet, but you’re still only 10–15 minutes from Brixton, Clapham, Balham and Streatham, so you’ve got great transport links, loads of great restaurants, cafés and some interesting local pubs right on your doorstep.

A little about me: I’m 34, love reading, country music, swimming, trying new restaurants and generally quite chill
