URGENT

🏡 Looking for 2 friends to move into a new house with us! 🏡

Me (26🇮🇪) and a friend (25) have found a house we absolutely love and we’re trying to secure it, so we’re looking for 2 friends who’d be up for moving in with us.

📍 SW2

The house has 4 bedrooms and the total rent is £3,200pcm, so we’re currently working out what each room would cost (the two available rooms would likely be priced fairly depending on size).

A few things to note:

•⁠ ⁠The two available bedrooms have a connecting door, so they’d be ideal for friends who know each although the door can simply stay locked if preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Great house in a good location, close to transport and amenities.
•⁠ ⁠We’d ideally love to live with people we already know or friends of friends.

•⁠ ⁠Bank statements if requested
