1 room in friendly all girls Brixton flat

We’re looking for 1 new flatmate (roughly aged 24-27) to join us in our friendly, girly flat in Brixton. The flat is equipped with a spacious kitchen and living room area, 2 bathrooms and four double bedroom rooms with built in wardrobes.

The flat is a 15/20 minute walk from Brixton station (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill station, and the nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk away.

The current housemates are:
- Molly, 26 PR gal by day - reality tv addict by night. Loves exploring the city and getting tipsy after two pints in the nearest pub.

- Orla, 25 also a PR hun, our fellow runner of the flat - gearing up for the big half currently. Loves the gym but never says no to a gals night out.

- Ciara, statistician. Recently moved to London from Ireland last year, loves a pub quiz, exploring London would and always keen for a silly night out.

We are all sociable and love having nights out together and hanging out in the flat - but we all still respect everyone’s space. We are looking for someone that will fit in well with the flat. Rent will be £750 per month excluding bills, with bills being approx. £90 each.

Move in will be from 29th August with the first rent payment due 2nd September
