Short term let August Brixton Hill!

Hi all,

I am away travelling for all of August so looking for someone who could use a short-term let in London for the summer. It is a large double bedroom in a sociable flat in Brixton Hill. Many regular buses a 5 min walk away. In between Brixton, Clapham South and Streatham Hill stations.

Ideally looking for another woman to stay in my room for the month of August who would enjoy living with two other kind and friendly female flatmates. We also have one cat.

The flat has a large living room with a TV and a separate kitchen. One bathroom with a shower and separate bath. Bright and temperate flat, lots of plants :)

Bills included, happy to negotiate on price as a lot of my belongings will still be in the room. Will of course make space for you to unpack your clothes. I am returning in September so there is no flexibility on the timeline - August only! If this could work for your summer of work or fun in the city, do reach out. Happy to answer any questions.
