Lovely spacious en-suite bedroom in an amazing house share in Brixton. Current tenants are 2 girls and 1 guy. LGBT+ friendly.

This gorgeous house has a spare room for guests to stay over, and a spacious garden which is perfect in the summer. There is a separate laundry room with built in storage and on-street parking too!

The house is on a quiet street in Brixton close to all amenities. It is a 10 minute walk to Stockwell station (Northern line) and a 5 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria line).

The room comes furnished and you have an en-suite bathroom to yourself. Bills are roughly 200£ per month and include gas, electricity, council tax, broadband and a cleaner twice a month.

We are easygoing and respectful of each other but do enjoy spending time together, whether that be cooking dinner, going to the pub or watching movies.

We are looking for an easygoing flatmate who is up for socialising from time to time and wants to make this house feel like a home.
