Hello,
I have a bright and comfortable furnished room available on Brixton Hill.

The room benefits from plenty of natural light and includes a bed, desk, office chair, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, shelving and wooden flooring and single bed.

It would suit one person looking for a clean, calm and welcoming place to live.

The flat is approximately five minutes from Brixton Tube Station by bus and ten minutes from Streatham train station, with excellent transport connections and night buses stopping directly opposite.

Sainsbury’s and other local shops are within easy walking distance.

Not far at all from Brockwell park, Brixton village and other Brixton famous destination.

3 month minimum stay. There may be an opportunity to extend the agreement if we are both happy sharing the home.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, considerate and easy to live with. You should be comfortable enjoying your own space while also being friendly when sharing the communal areas.
