Looking for a chilled and easy-going person to take over my room in our 3 bed flat in Brixton.

Your flatmates Hannah (25, Finance) and Ben (25, Personal Trainer) love a movie night, pub trips, and the occasional spontaneous night out but we are also respectful of each others space.

The Flat:
* Double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and space for a desk for wfh
* Each person has additional storage units in the corridor
* Bathroom shared with just one flatmate (Ben)
* Large kitchen/living room with a TV, sofas, dining table and balcony

Location:
* The Tube station (Victoria) is a 8-10 min walk away, or a bus stop (1 min)
* Gym (Jetts) just downstairs
* Large Sainsbury’s (5 mins) and Tesco nearby (12 min), with a small Tesco (1 min)
* Brockwell Park just an 8 min walk away
* Clapham Common is a 5 min Lime

The Details:
* Rent: £1,001 pcm
* Bills: ~£120 pcm (water included in the rent)
* Deposit: £900
* Joint tenancy
* Available from 5th August (some flexibility on move-in date if needed earlier)
* Open to professionals and non-professionals, ages 22–32, male or female
* I’m only moving out because I’ve found a place with a mate.
