i’m moving out of my lovely room in brixton earlier than planned due to a new job opportunity.

the location is amazing - the house is a 10 minute walk from both Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations and a 20 minute walk to Brixton tube station (or a 5 minute bus). we are right next to Brockwell Park within walking distance to great cafes/pubs/shops, and have a small Tesco and big Sainsburys just a few minutes away.

you’ll be living with five other girls in their early twenties, so we're ideally looking for someone a similar age. the girls are all out a lot but are really social and enjoy spending time together when they can, whether that's watching TV, grabbing a coffee or heading to the pub !

⭐ bills usually come to around £120 depending on the season

⭐ the room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, office chair, drawers and small walk in-wardrobe type space in the corner

you’ll be sharing two communal living spaces (a large lounge and kitchen), a lovely big garden, and two bathrooms
