Large room available in gorgeous flat in Brixton Hill ✨🎀 move in date flexible but asap is ideal!

You would be living with 2 other girls, we are both 29 and working professionals 😊

Looking for someone like-minded – we are both pretty laid back, clean, tidy and respectful, sociable, and ideally looking for a friend as well as a housemate! I love staying in and watching films, but also love a good festival/day event and going out for dinner and drinks 🍸🪩💖

I work in central London 3x a week and my flatmate works fully remotely but is often away for extended periods as she travels with work.


The room itself:

✨Very generous size and has tons of storage in its 3 massive eves areas.

✨Right next to the bathroom (shared with one other, as I have an ensuite).

✨Please note that the bedroom will be unfurnished. The flat itself was fully unfurnished before (see in attached video).


Rent is £1150, bills are generally pretty cheap – approximately £50-60 a month.

The flat: sits across three levels, very modern and spacious! Dishwasher included. 🏠

The location: 10-minute bus journey (buses come literally every 2 seconds) to Brixton station, 10-min walk to Streatham. 15 min walk to Brockwell Park. Lots of shops, parks, and cafes within walking distance 🚌🌲☕️
