We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat in Brixton from the end of October.

Rent for the room is £1,040 per month, excluding bills. Bills are approximately £145 per month (council tax, water, gas/electricity and internet).

You’ll be living with a friendly professional couple in their late 20s – one Aussie and one Norwegian. We both work from home 2–3 days a week and are looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate and enjoys a friendly home. We love the occasional flat dinner, a trip to the park for picky bits or a pub visit, while also respecting each other’s space.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Brixton Tube, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and Brockwell Park nearby.
