One of our flat mates is moving in with her partner before we finish our lease so we have a room available!
You’d be living with myself and Charlotte (both 27) both working full time in the city but wfh 2-3 times a week. We love sitting in the sun, having a few drinks and chilling when we are at home. Both have our own lives outside of work but are super open to making a new friend!
Location:
2 minutes from Brockwell Park, 12 minute walk from Brixton tube station and Herne Hill national rail station in the other direction. Lots of well known pubs and spots around including Hootanannys and Effra Social! Brixton Village is also great 🍜
The Building has a fob key so it feels really safe. The building is ugly but the flat is cute!
Costs:
The room is £867 pcm + bills which come to about £110
Bed and sheets can be included if needed and there is plenty of storage in the room + a wardrobe to hang clothes in the hallway.
