After 4 years, I am moving out of my lovely flat in Brixton. I am looking for a new female flat mate to join the two current tenants. The room will be available from August 24th.
Who you’ll be living with:
Meg (has lived in the flat for 4 years as well) - 28 and a marketer for MacMillan Cancer Support
- Natasha moved into the flat a couple of months ago and works for Battersea dogs & cats home.
We love our little flat and I will be sad to leave! The highlights are definitely the central location, the landlady is super lovely and helpful and we have a big shared roof terrace which is amazing for summer evenings.
Rent will be £765 per month
Bills will be just over £100 per month
The room is semi-furnished: the double bed and wardrobe will stay. The remaining furniture pictured is my personal pieces.
