Spacious double room in Brixton, 4 mins from tube

Hey! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our three-bed right in the middle of Brixton, available from early October.

The room itself is spacious and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and gets great natural light throughout the day. £1119.40 per month, plus bills which are roughly £120 each.

The flat itself is modern, with underfloor heating throughout and a huge open plan kitchen and living room. It's well lit, warm, and has an outdoor balcony and spacious shared bathroom.

We're right next to Brixton Village, with lots of great food options around and great links to public transport. Despite the central location, the flat keeps the sound out well and sits in a gated area just a couple of minutes walk from the Victoria line.

You'll be sharing with two guys - Dan (29) and Raf (27). Both of us are easy-going working professionals. We're looking for someone like-minded, with no preference on gender.

Dan is originally from Cardiff and works in humanitarian aid, and Raf is a geospatial developer from Devon. Dan's a pretty typical nerd, with a sprinkling of football, rugby, and politics thrown in. Raf's a cracking veggie cook who enjoys cycling and ultimate frisbee. You'd be replacing Petter, a Swede who's moving down the road to a place with his partner.

Ideally you'll love getting out and about, but also be down for hanging out as a flat too (Thursdays are DnD night, and you'd be very welcome to join). Social but relaxed and relatively tidy is the vibe!
