Room in lovely flat in Brixton

Hi all,

I have a room going in my flat as my flatmate is moving out. It's a lovely large room with underfloor heating, wooden floors, double glazing that looks out over a shared garden (shared between buildings). The flat is 4 bedroom rooms that's freshly refurbished with 2 bathrooms, living room, balcony (even though its ground floor), and new kitchen with dishwasher. You'll be sharing with me (Alex 25 scientist working biotech), eve (25 works in construction) and Kira (28 works in charity sector).
Our flatmates tenancy ends at the end of September however they will be moving out at the begining of September. Bills come to ~£100 a month (30 for electric, 30 for water, 30 for council tax, 8 for WiFi). The landlord is very responsive
