The room is on the larger side and is well lit. The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and the option for a desk/desk chair. There is a shared kitchen and living room area, with one full bathroom and another separate WC. Bills are typically £100-120pm extra per person, including council tax (the flat is Band D)

Loughborough Junction Station on Thameslink is a 1-minute walk away. The nearby buses are the 35, 45, 345, and P4. It's a 10-minute walk to Denmark Hill Overground station, and a 12-minute walk to Brixton Victoria line and National Rail stations. Ruskin Park is a short walk away, and there are plenty of food shops, pubs, and general amenities within a couple of minutes' walk.

A bit about us - we have both been tenants here for 1 year; we love the flat, the area and its well-connectedness. I'm about to graduate from a master's in mental health research, and Millie is about to start a PGCE. We have numerous shared interests and hobbies, including listening to music, cooking together, watching films, relaxing in the local parks and going out for live music and events! We're both friendly, tidy and laid back people who can get along with anyone.
