The room is the only one on the bottom floor of a three storey period house.

The house has two bathrooms/shower rooms, a large living room, kitchen/dining room, a utility room (washing machine & separate dryer), fast broadband internet, Virgin Media TV package w/ sports. Rent is £930 with bills coming in around £100-150 per month. This includes a weekly cleaner. There is also a large garden with picnic benches (gardener also included in monthly rent).

We’re really well connected with Brixton station a 10/15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. It’s also a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park and to Herne Hill.

The deposit is £1027. DPS bond will be in your name along with the current housemates.

Move in date is September 13 but is flexible and could be earlier if needed.

There is 3 guys (1x English, 1x Irish and 1x Australian) and 1 girl (Irish) all ranging in age from 28-35. We are all very social and enjoy hanging out with each other, as well as having our own personal space
