Electric Avenue double room

Hi, I'm Ethan.

I have a spare room in my flat as my current flatmate is fulfilling her lifelong dream of moving to Spain! The flat is about a 60 second walk from Brixton Station on the Brixton market street Electric Avenue. It's vibrant exciting area and a gorgeous flat. The room comes with a loft bed with living space underneath or it can be changed for sleeping at floor level with the loft space becoming storage above.

I'm 29 years old and work in Healthcare research funding (working from home at a desk in my bedroom 4 out of 5 days a week). I'm a social person who enjoys going out on evenings, but I also love to cook and watch a film or make art in the flat when I can. Occasionally I host friends in the living room.

I'm looking for someone who feels as though they would be compatible as a flatmate with me, doesn't mind a smaller room, is communicative and friendly, has a good balance of being at home and out on evenings and is clean and tidy.
