Room 1 (790/month) - 135cm width double bed and IKEA wardrobe.

Room 2 (£890/month) – 135cm width double bed, IKEA wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Room 3 (£990/month) – 135cm width double, vintage wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A discount is available for an individual interested in renting two rooms, using one as a bedroom and the other as a home office.

The driveway is available to rent for an additional £150/month.

The house has one small downstairs toilet and one shared bathroom upstairs.

New beds and mattresses are supplied in all rooms.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer and microwave, together with a small dining table.

A sofa and TV are supplied in the lounge area.

The outdoor patio has a covered area with a small table and chairs.

About me (landlord) – health and fitness-oriented. I regularly go to the gym and occasionally do a 5K run at Brockwell Park. I maintain a clean, tidy and clutter-free living environment. I work from home two to three days per week.

I currently occupy two rooms and would ideally like one other individual to rent the other two rooms (Rooms 2 and 3), giving a total household occupancy of two people. I would also consider renting the rooms individually, with a maximum intended occupancy of three people including me. I have listed all three rooms to give potential future housemates flexibility over which rooms they prefer.

About you – open to all types of renters, including students and professionals. Non-smokers only. Ideally someone who is naturally clean and tidy and does not rely on a cleaner to maintain shared spaces.
