We have a large and quiet double bedroom becoming available from 15 September in our beautifully refurbished four-bedroom flat overlooking Brixton Hill.

The whole flat has been renovated to a very high standard and is modern, bright and very well maintained.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The main bathroom has also been completely renovated, with a large shower and separate toilet. In addition, there is a second shower room with another shower and washbasin – particularly convenient in a shared flat.

For your peace of mind and safety, the property is also fitted with a modern smoke detection system throughout.

Location

The flat is in SW2 1HS, in a fantastic location on Brixton Hill with extremely convenient access to Brixton and Central London.

There are bus stops just moments from the flat, with frequent services towards Brixton, Clapham, Streatham and Central London.

Brixton Underground Station is only a short bus journey away, giving you access to the Victoria line and very quick connections into Central London, including Victoria, Oxford Circus and King's Cross.

If you prefer to walk, Brixton town centre and the Underground station are also within walking distance.

Living this close to Brixton means you have a huge choice of restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, shops, markets and entertainment nearby, including everything that Brixton's lively town centre has to offer.

Food shopping couldn't be easier, with a Sainsbury's just a few doors away from the flat.

The Room & Flatmates

The bedroom is large, quiet and fully furnished, with all the furniture shown in the photographs.

This is a four-bedroom flat, so you would be sharing with three other flatmates.

One of the other bedrooms is currently also available and we do not yet know who will be moving into that room. The existing flatmates who are remaining in the property are working professionals, one male and one female.

The flat would ideally suit a non-smoking professional or a international student looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home with excellent access to Central London.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples.

Rent & Bills

The rent is £245 per week (£1,061.67 per calendar month) and includes:

Weekly cleaning of the communal areas

There are no additional household bills to pay.

The total deposit is equivalent to four weeks' rent (£980) and will be protected through the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

To reserve the room, you would initially pay £245, equivalent to one week's rent. One day before you move in, you would then pay:

£735 – the remaining three weeks of the deposit
£1,061.67 – your first month's rent in advance

So, to summarise:

To reserve the room: £245
One day before move-in: £1,796.67 (£735 remaining deposit + £1,061.67 first month's rent)

Length of Stay

The minimum stay is one month, and we require one month's notice when you decide to leave.

Your deposit will be held in the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
