Comfortable Quiet Brixton Flat SW2

Hi! My flatmate of 2 years has decided to move out of our lovely shared flat and I am looking to replace him. He will be missed!

He is moving out October 22nd, but we have some flexibility for a November 1st start date.

About the flat:
Fully furnished, the 2 bed, one bath flat is on a quiet street, midway between Brixton St (12 min walk) and Clapham North (10 min walk), making it well connected to central. 5 minute walk to Lidl and Tesco Superstore for all your shopping needs. Close to the great food of Brixton or the cafes of Clapham.
Great for those that like variety.

It was renovated before we moved in and everything is in good working order, I've tried to make it as much of a home as possible. We have one neighbour below us.

Kitchen is kitted out and the flat is well decorated, plenty of room for storage in the attic. The bedrooms don't share a wall, and the kitchen and living/dining area are separate so there is a ton of privacy. Great for having friends over or hosting a dinner party.

Rent is £1250 per month, no bills included, those generally come out to £170 on avg over the year- that includes water, gas, electricity, and council tax.

Your New Flatmate:
- A bit about me... 33 years old, I work in the City, dance Salsa, run, and gym during the week, and enjoy an occasional night out or a dinner party in.

-I moved from Chicago 2 years ago for a job, and have been using it to explore the city, the UK, and Europe more broadly.

-I enjoy cooking when I get the time to, especially weekends. I find myself out of the house most days, and work from home 1-2 times a week.

- Other than that, I'm pretty easy-going and social -so if there's anything you want to know, feel free to ask!

What I'm looking for in a flatmate:
-Someone in a similar age group, late 20s, 30s
-Clean, friendly, and respectful of each other and the space
-Ideally a professional who goes into the office most days of the week (wfh a couple days is fine)
-Someone who doesn't mind sharing the tv every once in a while :)
