Double room in girls Brixton flat

I’m moving back to Manchester so sadly leaving this flat!

Looking for another girl to move in from approx. 10 October. Bills are around £140.

Room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf. We share a small living room, big kitchen and bathroom. The area has restaurants, shops and Brockwell park is right around the corner.

In Brixton Hill, the flat’s really well connected.
•⁠ ⁠10/15min walk or 5min bus to Brixton & victoria line
•⁠ ⁠busses directly into central London right outside the flat

About us: 2 girls our mid-late 20s. Simone work in public policy for a children’s charity and India works in public affairs. The flat’s chilled & easygoing. We’re looking for someone similar, who likes to keep things tidy and is up for a hangout from time to time :)
