Two Double Rooms to rent Brixton!

Needing a quick turnaround. The landlady has agreed to keep the price and not increase it if I can find two to fill the tenancy by the 15th of September!

The flat is within a 10 minute walk of Brixton Station. There are large shops all within a 10 minute walk also, as well as all the other great things Brixton has to offer!

Please see the floor plan, it will be the two bedrooms 2 and 3 that are available.
The rent as advertised is £790 per room, with bills being about 113 previously, see below for this year's payments.

One of the double rooms will be furnished with a wardrobe and a bed. The other will have the bed side table, wardrobe and bed (see second picture).

The flat has been passed on between friends for the last 7 years or so.

Due to the nature of needing to find people for both, whomever agrees to the tenancy can have their preferred room.

Best case scenario is there's two of you looking but perhaps wishful thinking.

Large living room as well which is rarely used by myself with a large corner sofa, happy for people to use it for friends and what not.

The property being an old flat keeps warm during the winter that's coming up as well.

I will be working during the day so I can only apologise if my responses aren't prompt but I will do my best. I will be free in the evenings and most of the weekends to respond and for viewing.

About myself -
31 male, I'm an easy going and clean person, and I'd expect you would hope for the same. I work from home most of the time tucked away in my room. I'm happy to be sociable when the time is right, but also not overly bothered if you aren't the same.
I'm a big music fan, often going out to gigs and going to raves on the weekends. I go abroad often for these too.
