I’m moving out for the month, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from 3rd October to 1st November. It’s a lovely, spacious room in a 4-bedroom house, with high ceilings, loads of natural light, a large kitchen and a great-sized garden. You’d be sharing with three friendly flatmates aged 26–28, so it’s a relaxed and sociable house.

The location is great, with both Brixton and Herne Hill stations around a 10-minute walk away, giving you easy access to central London while still having a nice residential feel. Rent is £1,100 for the month, with bills around ~£150-200 (covering everything including WiFi and house insurance).
