A few furnished double rooms available in Brixton with high ceilings and spacious communal areas, including a garden, available now.

Keen to rent to friendly professionals aged 25–32, who would share with me (30 F) and my partner (30 M). We are outgoing, love cooking, hiking, festivals, pub trips and travel.

House vibe: We are social but also like our down-time. We don't host big house parties but we do have occasional dinner parties and you are very welcome to host friends for your own dinners or drinks – there's also a gas BBQ in the garden.

About the house: Our home is a three floor victorian terraced house with a spacious garden, separate living room, kitchen and dining room, with two bathrooms (both refurbished, both with showers). We have modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, fibre broadband) and space in the rear garden for bikes.

About the area: It is a 5 minute walk to Brixton tube station (Victoria line) and 12 minute walk to Brockwell Park, with a big Tesco, M&S Food and Sainsbury's Local all less than 10 mins walk away. Lovely pubs, wine bars, coffee shops and restaurants around and in Brixton Village (5 mins away).

Rent for the big bay window room is £1,150 pcm, the other room is £1,025, and bills are £150 pcm per room. Rooms have a full size cupboard, chest of drawers, double bed and mirror. Bills includes a weekly cleaner who cleans all bedrooms and common areas. No pets or indoor smoking please.
