- Bills approx. £180-200/month incl. council tax (band C), gas, electricity, water and Wifi so total ~£1,050/month

- Flat is furnished and room comes with bed, mattress, mattress topper, wardrobes and desk, but you’re welcome to replace this with something more your style as was from the OG tenant and has stayed since
- Living area, kitchen & bathroom are all shared

- Flat is in a quiet little pocket so very safe with very little noise during the day and night
- 5 min walk to high street with buses every few minutes to Brixton station for the Victoria line
- 10 min walk to Brockwell Park & 15 minute walk to Herne Hill

About me 👩‍🎨
- I’m a 27 year old graphic designer and moved over at the start of last year from Perth, Western Australia
- I’m currently freelancing so WFH 5 days a week (on a good week!), but am very quiet/have barely any calls. I’m currently looking for a new full-time job so hopefully will be back to being in the office a few days a week very soon
- I’m pretty low key during the week and often go to pilates/yoga or for walks in the evenings, but also love to go out and socialise on the weekends (drinks at the pub, night out, festivals, markets, shopping, theatre, Arsenal women’s 🙂‍↔️) so would love to find someone with a similar lifestyle who’s down to do stuff together
- I’m a very clean gal who loves a tidy space so looking for someone who feels the same!
