Hi girls! I have 3 bedrooms available in our lovely (hygge) Clapham North/Brixton home! Move in mid-November🤠



My 3 housemates are sadly closing their Brixton chapters but I would love to stay on in this lovely house which has a garden and is equidistant to Brockwell park and Clapham Common! You'll be able to decorate the place and make it yours and host dinners inside and out!

- 4 bedrooms (of which one I am already in)

- 1 bathroom and 1 separate smaller loo
- Living/dining room which can be used for WFH

- Garden with plenty of sunshine in the summer and space to store bikes

- 1 big, 1 medium and 1 smaller room available

Location:

- 15 min walk to Brixton station (depends how in a rush you are!!)

- 10 min walk to Clapham North 

- 2 min walk to Lidl, 10 mins to a big Sainsbury's & big Tesco 

- 137 bus stop a minute away



A lil bit about me:

I'm British/French (grew up in Spain), turning 27 in November (eeek) currently working 2 days in the office within healthcare policy. I love hiking/vintage markets/cinema/tennis/weekend trips to niche European cities and hearty meals!! I'm really clean and one of four children, so know how to share but also keep tidy and respectful of everyone's spaces. I'm lucky enought to have most of my friends in London but would love to find friends in my housemates too☺️

About you:

In your late twenties, maybe 2/3 friends looking for a place, ideally not working from home for more than 3 days a week, loves hosting dinners for all celebrations, clean and respectful and willing to make the house a lovely place to live!
