I’m renting out my room in a 4-bed house as I’m off travelling for a while — looking for someone sociable for a short-term let (5-7 months).

You’d share with 2 friendly, easy-going males (32 & 30) — both working professionals and big sports fans. Ideally looking for a working professional

∙ The room is on the compact side (approx. 1.76m × 2.33m) — no space for a wardrobe, but it fits the double bed that comes with it, which has handy under-bed storage
- 2 hallway storage closets are available to store and hang clothes which provides more than enough clothing storage
∙ There’s also a spare room in the house that is communally shared for storage and taking work calls
∙ 1 bathroom (shower & bath) + a downstairs toilet, shared open-plan kitchen, all appliances in place (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer)
∙ Large private garden with table and benches
∙ Free on-street parking available

🚉 ~10 min walk to Brixton (Victoria line), Loughborough Junction, and Brockwell Park

📅 From 4th October (move in date can be negotiated)
