The Rent is £1050 pcm excluding bills for the larger of the 2 rooms in the flat.
Bills (water, electricity, gas, wifi and council tax) are roughly £137 pcm each.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, etc.
It gets plenty of light throughout the day.

It's a small bright flat with a good size kitchen well furnished and in good condition (dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer and plenty of storage for your food) with a decent living room.

The flat is very central in Brixton where the shops, pubs and bars are but still in a quiet street away from the active life.
We are :
. 3min. away from a Tesco
. 3min. away from a gym
. 10min. away from Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury etc.

🚃 Transport
The flat is less than 10 minute walk from Brixton station (Victoria line). And there are plenty of buses.

🚲 There's also a secure bike storage in the building available.

🙋‍♀️ You'll be sharing with me! I work in childcare 3/4days a week and study psychology the other days. So I am quite busy and active. If I'm not studying, I have different hobies. I like walks in nature, Art, films, travelling and cooking.

I am looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going who likes to have a chat or share a meal sometimes when everyone feel like it, but who can also respect each other's space.
I value a tidy, clean and cosy home to unwind after a busy day.
It's not a party flat but I'm very happy having friends coming over sometimes for meals, coffee etc.
