I am sadly moving out of my room in Brixton, so we’re looking for someone lovely to join our house from 8th November.

We’re a friendly, chilled house and all get on really well. We like hanging out together, whether that’s having a drink, playing padel, watching something in the living room or nearby Ritzy, or making the most of the garden. But we’re not a party house and everyone has their own space and lives. Despite being a large house, everyone has different schedules and we find that it's never crowded.

The house has a big garden with a BBQ that we love to use in Summer. We also have a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with an L-shaped sofa, a 5-burner hob and multiple ovens, 2 communal bathrooms, and a basement for bike storage etc. The location is perfect, just 10 mins walk from Brixton tube, a few mins away from the amazing Brockwell park, some great pubs like Hootenanny and Effra Hall Tavern just around the corner, and a big Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl all close by. Dalberg Road is very quiet and peaceful, but with the bustle of central Brixton right at our doorstep!

The room is on the 2nd floor. It's a large double with its own en-suite toilet and shower room. Included in the room is:
- double bed with mattress
- clothes rack
- chest of drawers
- bedside drawers
- a desk

Rent each month is £1,340 all-inclusive, so fibre-optic wifi, council tax, gas, electric, water etc all included.

Current housemates:
Louis (30) - Building Surveyor from north London. Enjoys music (making & listening), bikepacking, attempting endurance events with varying success.
Josh (28) - Charity worker from London. Enjoys racket sports, football and gigs.
Tessa (35) - scientist from the states. Enjoys bouldering, backpacking, theatre, and living outside the U. S.
Aisha (33) - scientist from the north. Enjoys live music, travelling, cinema and covalent bonds. Will bake on the odd ocassion.
Sandra (37) - Recruitment consultant from Nantes. Enjoys cooking, exercise and making the house look like an enchanted forest.
Ed (33) - Engineering consultant from Salisbury. Enjoys football, pub and karaoke football.

We’re looking for someone roughly around our age, male or female, who’s friendly, easy-going and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
