- Lease has been going for six years, combination of friends and Spareroomers who have become friends :)

- Also features a laundry room in the basement, plenty of storage, a roof terrace as well as a very large garden with patio, pond & bbq
- The room available is a spacious and light double with big windows
- The room and house are well furnished & will come with everything you’d need

- Quiet street between Brixton Hill and Tulse Hill
- Right next to Brockwell Park with a collection of shops & Lime station at end of road
- 20 min walk / 10 min bus / 7 min cycle to Brixton tube station

- Move in date from Sunday 01/11/26
- I could be flexible if needed - please enquire
- Viewings ideally from 15/10/26 when all housemates are around, but can do a preview before if needed
