The room is really bright, with lovely big windows, and comes with a bed + bedside table.

The living room will be a bit of a blank canvas when my flatmate goes because he’s taking his furniture with him, which I actually think is quite exciting as we can make the place cosy together

📍 Brixton Hill — about 20 mins’ walk to Brixton station (Victoria line), 10 mins by bus, and literally 1 min from the nearest bus stop.

There’s a little Sainsbury’s right nearby and
if you’re into running / getting outside, it’s also a great spot — Brockwell Park and Tooting Common are both around a 15-minute walk away. There’s a really good gym about 10 minutes away on foot too, which is where I go.

💷 £950 pcm + ~£200 bills

About me: I love running, the gym, wine, live music and reading in weird little cafés around London. I love dogs (sadly I don’t have one) and I sing a lot, so you will almost certainly hear me doing that around the flat 😂

I work from home some days, but I’m also out and about quite a lot, with a fairly active social life and some work travel. I’m quite independent and like having my own space, but I’m definitely up for being friendly housemates!
