Bright & Spacious Double Rooms in Brixton Flat

Hello! I'm looking for flatmates to move into two large double rooms in a spacious period-conversion top floor flat in Brixton. The flat is split over two floors, with a large shared living room and open plan kitchen - and plenty of storage space.

**The Rooms**
Both rooms come furnished - I've also got quite a few additional lamps/chairs/desks to choose from if you want to change things around! Both mattresses are brand new and unused.

Room 1 is located on the downstairs level next to the large bathroom (shared only with one other), with built-in wardrobe and large sash window.

Room 2 is the eaves room located on the upstairs level, with plenty of eaves storage and velux windows.

**Location**
- 12 mins walk from Brixton Tube Station
- 15 mins walk from Clapham North & Clapham High Street Stations
- 5 mins walk to Brockwell Park

**About Me**
You'd be sharing the flat with me (James - 27), a civil servant. I've lived in the area for over five years now and love all it has to offer - Brockwell Lido is lovely in Summer (or Winter if you're brave), and Brixton and Clapham have loads of cafes/bars/restaurants. In my spare time I enjoying going to the gym, swimming/running, theatre/concerts, and going to bars (2Brewers was always a guilty pleasure...).

Ideally I'd be looking for queer (or queer-friendly) housemates that are up for doing stuff together every now and again, maybe has a view shared interests, and likes a tidy & homely place.

**Bills & Info**
- Bills are included, and consist of super fast 1GBPs Fibre, electricity and gas, water, council tax, and a biweekly cleaner for the shared spaces.
- Council Tax Band C
- Kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, and Air Fryer
- Free use of subscription services in living room: Disney+, Amazon Prime, Mubi
