Big double room available in beautiful Brixton!

Hi there! My housemate is having to move out by early October so I'm looking for a replacement ASAP.

The landlord is super lovely and we are just 10 minute walk from Brixton Tube with the hootananny pub just around the corner.

The room is unfurnished unfortunately, however the landlord said he would be open to buying some basic furniture (a bed) if needed.

Some bills are also included. The landlord pays for the gas and electric, as well as the water.
I'm looking at getting a new broadband provider so you can help with that too :)

About me:
I'm Dan, I'm 27 and preferably looking for a Queer housemate (but open to anything!).
I'm a super respectful housemate and I'm looking for making this place feel like a home, so would prefer someone sociable. I understand though that home is a place to rest from busy London so doing our own things is also expected. Hoping to have the odd pub trip or movie night from time to time.
