A bright, spacious double room in a Victorian house, with wooden floorboards and a large window that lets in lots of natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair for working from home, and plenty of shelf space. There is a radiator for the winter and a fan for the warmer months.

The flat has a modern, well-kept bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, mirrored cabinet and good storage. The place has a relaxed feel, and I'd like it to stay a comfortable, friendly home.

I'm looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going flatmate, ideally a working professional or postgraduate student, who will share the household tidying and respect shared spaces. You can expect a laid-back, considerate household where we're happy to chat but also respect each other's privacy and quiet time.
