Short-term rental of 1* bedroom garden flat

I’m going away for 2 months so renting out my lovely flat in Brixton

I moved in earlier this year and spent a lot of time furnishing the space so looking for someone who is tidy and clean, and will look after the space and treat it as their own.

It’s ~10 mins walk to Brixton, with the tube station, amazing bars and restaurants in Brixton Village, music venues like the O2 Academy and Phonox.

Stockwell and Oval tube stations are also nearby, and only 3 mins walk to lots of bus routes across London.

Large garden
Secure bike storage (shed in garden with a padlock)
Use of Peloton (can also be moved out the way if preferred)
Fully kitted out kitchen with a coffee machine, new air fryer etc
TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime subscriptions etc
Work from home set up with desk and monitor + 150Mb fibre internet
All bills included excl. utilities (gas and electric) which are on a smart meter and are usually £60-70 per month (in summer, will be slightly more in winter depending on heating use)

*Note: There is a 2nd bedroom which will be unoccupied but will have all of my belongings inside, I could make this available if needed (rent would be adjusted accordingly)
