Cosy double room in Brixton, 4 mins from tube

​Hey! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our three-bed right in the middle of Brixton, available from start of November.

​The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and gets great natural light throughout the day. There is also space in the living area that I currently use as a WFH setup. The rent is £936.06 per month, plus bills which are roughly £110 per person.

​The flat itself is modern, with underfloor heating throughout and a huge open plan kitchen and living room. It's well lit, warm, and has an outdoor balcony and spacious shared bathroom.

​We're right next to Brixton Village, with lots of great food options around and great links to public transport. Despite the central location, the flat keeps the sound out well and sits in a gated area just a couple of minutes walk from the Victoria line.

​You'll be sharing with two guys - Dan (29) and David (27). Both of them are easy-going working professionals. We're looking for someone like-minded, with no preference on gender.

​Dan is originally from Cardiff and works in humanitarian aid, and David is a software engineer from SW London and works in the medical devices sector. Dan's a pretty typical nerd, with a sprinkling of football, rugby, and politics thrown in. David is big into music and sport and loves travelling and trying to visit as many countries as he can. You'd be replacing Raffy (me) who's moving down to Brighton to a place with his partner.

​Ideally you'll love getting out and about, but also be down for hanging out as a flat too (Every other Thursdays are board games night, and you'd be very welcome to join). Social but relaxed and relatively tidy is the vibe!
