Double room in Brixton Flat!

Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to join me in Brixton.

The room is super airy and bright, with windows on to the garden. There’s large built in wardrobes in the room and space for a desk/chest of drawers too. There’s also a large living room (TV will be in situ next weekend!) and a large kitchen dining room (dining table with space for 6+ arriving tomorrow!). The garden is a sun trap and also big- with a BBQ and fire pit. There’s also a couple of different spots for storage and a nicely fitted bathroom.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful of the space and tidy. I like to go out with friends or have people over for dinner, which you’d be welcome to do too! When I’m at home I’m pretty laid back, I like to put music on and potter about or read / write in the living room.

I work as a teacher and therefore don’t work from home- only Mondays which I now have off to get up to more creative bits and pieces.
