Hey girls! We have a double room available in our gorgeous 3-bedroom flat in Brixton from 20th December and are looking for someone to come and call it home!

I've lived here for 2 years and I'm so sad to leave this place behind, only reason I’m moving out is because I’m move to NZ.

You will be sharing with my two friends, Aimee (works in Insurance) and Erin (works in financial services), who are the best people to come home to and (bonus) they make a good cup of tea!

The Flat:
🏠Located in Brixton
◦6 min walk to Brixton station
◦5 min walk to Brockwell Park
🏠3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
🏠The flat is unfurnished so we've spent a lot of time making it super cosy and homey

The Room:
• Double bedroom
• Unfurnished
• Open to leaving all furniture for small cost
• Bed and mattress less than 6 months old
• Move in date: December 20th
• Rent: £815 + bills per month
• Deposit: £942

✨We're looking for someone who has a full life in London, with friends and hobbies but also wants to come home, turn the lamps on (not the big light) and have a cup of tea and chill in a nice cosy environment
