Light and airy double room in Brixton from Mon-Fri

I’m looking for a flatmate to rent my second bedroom in my two bed flat in a small 1930s block in Brixton from Monday to Friday.

I have just finished renovating the flat and would like to find somebody who is after a Monday to Friday rental who appreciates the space as much as I do and the benefits that come from living within short walking distance from Brixton (and the tube), Brockwell Park and Herne Hill.

I work in central London Monday to Friday and am in the office every day with the odd exception. I get up quite early (around 0600) and am usually out of the flat by 0730. I tend to spend my weekday evenings doing exercise, cooking, chilling in front of the TV, or socialising.

This room is perfect for a quiet flatmate who needs a homey and comfortable base in London during the week.

The room is in the process of being furnished and will be complete by the final week of October with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, rug and blinds.

Rent includes the cost of bills.
